Individual reservations up to 5 rooms: 

Please, inform us about the change of dates of accommodation or cancellation of the reservation at least 3 days before the arrival. If you cancel or modify your reservation less than 3 days before arrival, penalties make up 100% of the cost of daily living per a room.

Group reservations from 5 rooms:

Please, inform us about the change of dates of accommodation or cancellation of the reservation at least 7 days before the arrival. If you cancel or modify your reservation more than 7 days before arrival, penalties make up 50% of your total order. Changes or cancellation made less than 7 days before the arrival, amount to 100% penalties of the total order. These rules apply to all orders over 5 rooms. Changes and cancellation policies may vary depending on the rules of the requested hotel.

The tariffs are valid providing the payment is made to our company. The payment must be received no later than 3 days prior to the provision of the service.
